What this is

FixPoint reports and triages home-maintenance issues, passing your request to the person responsible for the property. It isn't an emergency service.

In a real emergency, call 911

For fire, gas, flooding, or danger to people, contact emergency services first. The emergency buttons here notify the homeowner — they don't reach 911.

Be accurate

Please describe the issue truthfully and to the best of your knowledge. Don't submit requests for properties you have no connection to.

Urgency is an estimate

The green / yellow / red rating is an assistive guess, not a guarantee. The homeowner makes the final call on what happens and when.

Provided as-is

Offered to handle your request. We do our best to route it promptly but can't guarantee a specific response time.
