What we collect

Only what's needed to handle this one repair: the issue you describe, any photos or voice notes you add, where it is in the home, and the name, phone number, email, or contractor details you give.

Phone numbers & email

If a phone number or email address is used for tenant-list access or scheduling, it is never stored in the database as raw text. Tenant phone numbers and emails are encrypted before storage, with protected lookup values used only to match those details during sign-in.

Who can see it

The homeowner or property manager for this address, plus any contractor they choose to send. That's the whole list. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to train AI models. Managers can reveal tenant phone/email details for repair scheduling and may share it with a contractor only when needed to coordinate that repair.

No account, no tracking

Reporting an issue doesn't create an account or a login. Contractors and guests are never added to the property, and we don't build an advertising profile on you.

Photos & voice

Used only to assess this issue. Voice is transcribed to text so the report is readable — the audio recording is deleted after 30 days, and only the transcript remains.

AI assistance

We use AI to read your photos and words and suggest an urgency level. It's an aid — the homeowner reviews and approves every report before any contractor is contacted.

Your control

Want something corrected or deleted? Ask the homeowner or property manager for this address and they can remove anything you've submitted.
